Who we are

Global Wealth Insights ("GWI," "we," "us") is an independent marketing company serving customers in Illinois, Ohio and Pennsylvania. We market retail energy products and community solar programs on behalf of state-licensed retail energy suppliers and program providers. We are not a utility or an energy supplier. This policy explains how we handle information collected through globalwealthinsights.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, city and state, and your message or application answers.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the Site running.

Applications and contact forms

Our job application form and contact form are processed through our website host's form service (Netlify). When you submit a form:

• Job applications: we use your information to review your application, contact you about opportunities at GWI and schedule interviews. If you give consent, we may contact you by phone, text or email. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
• Contact messages: we use your information to respond to your question, verify an agent, follow up on a concern or discuss a partnership.
• Spam protection: forms include automated spam filtering.
• Retention: we keep form submissions only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, then delete them.

Please do not submit sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank details or utility account numbers through these forms.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and process applications
• To operate, maintain and secure the Site
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business (such as website hosting and form processing), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of GWI, our team or others. If you enroll in an energy or solar program, that enrollment is handled by the supplier or program provider under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and third-party services

The Site uses minimal technology. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. We do not use advertising cookies. Links to third-party sites, such as Facebook and Instagram, are governed by those sites' own policies.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you submitted to us by emailing customerservice@globalwealthinsights.com. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or transmission is completely secure.
